Role Overview

This role is focused on driving business growth by identifying and developing new commercial opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in revenue generation and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities to support company revenue growth;
  • Identify and approach potential clients in target markets;
  • Manage incoming leads directly or in collaboration with local partners;
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers;
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, including project specifications;
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients, providing guidance and support;
  • Travel regularly as required to support business development activities.
    

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role;
  • Knowledge of telecommunications solutions is considered an advantage;
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently with a results-oriented mindset;
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop a solid professional network;
  • Adaptable and innovative approach to sales;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus;
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is considered advantageous.
