Role Overview
This role is focused on driving business growth by identifying and developing new commercial opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in revenue generation and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities to support company revenue growth;
- Identify and approach potential clients in target markets;
- Manage incoming leads directly or in collaboration with local partners;
- Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers;
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, including project specifications;
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients, providing guidance and support;

Travel regularly as required to support business development activities.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role;
- Knowledge of telecommunications solutions is considered an advantage;
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently with a results-oriented mindset;
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop a solid professional network;
- Adaptable and innovative approach to sales;
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus;
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is considered advantageous.
