Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to help design, develop, and evolve a modern software development platform that supports engineering teams with robust CI/CD capabilities, workflow orchestration, and infrastructure automation. The role also includes promoting software engineering best practices and enabling development teams with modern AI-powered coding tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage a modern development platform supporting code management, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines;
  • Promote software craftsmanship best practices across the development lifecycle, including testing, documentation, maintainability, and specification standards;
  • Work closely with software developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity specialists, and risk management stakeholders to ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs;
  • Enable engineering teams with advanced AI-powered coding assistants and modern development tooling to improve productivity and innovation;
  • Contribute to infrastructure engineering activities, including platform development, optimization, and maintenance;
  • Develop and maintain automation and infrastructure components using technologies such as Go, Python, Terraform, and GitHub Actions/Workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in engineering-focused IT roles such as Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer;
  • Solid understanding of software craftsmanship principles, programming methodologies, and DevOps practices;
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including Infrastructure as Code implementations;
  • Knowledge of architecture concepts including integration, security, networking, identity, and access management;
  • Interest and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, conversational coding, and related AI technologies;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset;
  • Curious, proactive profile with a strong willingness to continuously learn and evolve technically.
