Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)
Salary: Base $2,500 + Commissions $2,500
Remote – Colombia-based candidates only (Medellín preferred, relocation required if outside)
TalentCross partners with US-based clients to connect top LATAM talent with exciting career opportunities. We are currently seeking Senior Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join a fast-growing team with plans to hire up to 15 professionals this year.

About the Role
This is a remote role based in Medellín, Colombia, with required monthly in-person trainings. Candidates from other parts of Colombia are welcome if willing to relocate permanently. The Senior BDR will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound calls, generating qualified sales opportunities, and engaging with C-level and VP-level decision-makers in industries such as manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics. Native-level English proficiency is essential, as you will be speaking directly with senior executives in the US market.
Responsibilities
· Outbound Sales: Execute high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities.
· Engagement with Decision-Makers: Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers across various industries including manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking.
· Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development and sales strategies.
Role Requirements
· Native-level English proficiency, both spoken and written, with natural communication style
· Strong work ethic and resilience in outbound sales
· 2 to 3+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments
· Proven ability to book meetings with senior executives, preferably in traditional industries
· Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
· Experience in selling to the US market
· Open to commuting to Medellín for monthly in-person trainings, or relocating permanently if based elsewhere in Colombia
