TalentCross partners with US-based companies to connect them with top LATAM talent. We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist for one of our clients, a fast-growing consumer brand.


About the Role

You'll own influencer partnerships end-to-end: identifying creators who fit the brand, building lasting relationships, negotiating partnerships, managing campaign logistics, and ensuring successful launches. You'll be the primary point of contact for creators while collaborating closely with the Paid Media team.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and source influencers aligned with the brand
  • Build and maintain influencer and affiliate relationships
  • Negotiate partnerships and manage campaign logistics
  • Ensure collaborations launch successfully and meet guidelines
  • Serve as the main contact for creators throughout the partnership lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Paid Media team to align influencer content with campaigns


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, talent management, or social media marketing
  • Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to source creators and content for paid media purposes
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Airtable, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
