About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, high-impact marketing leader to own and scale the company's marketing engine end-to-end. This role combines executive-level strategy with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can build growth systems, optimize performance channels, and drive measurable revenue in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the company's overall marketing engine, including internal teams, specialists, and external partners.
  • Develop and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across SEO, paid media, social, website, content, and email.
  • Drive performance marketing across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social, SEO, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Build cross-channel strategies that generate high-quality, high-intent demand.
  • Establish performance tracking, attribution models, and GA4 dashboards to guide investment decisions.
  • Analyze marketing data, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Run structured experiments and translate insights into measurable business results.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align marketing with revenue and business goals.
  • Build scalable marketing processes, reporting cadences, and operational frameworks.
  • Lead and develop high-performing marketing teams and external agency/specialist relationships.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of digital/performance marketing experience.
  • Proven experience leading a marketing team or function within a high-growth company.
  • Strong track record of driving measurable growth and revenue through marketing.
  • Deep hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC/Paid Media, Paid Social, Web, Content, and Email.
  • Advanced experience with GA4, analytics, attribution, data modeling, and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to connect multiple marketing channels into a unified customer journey.
  • Comfortable developing executive-level strategy while remaining hands-on with campaign and funnel optimization.
  • Highly analytical, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high level of ownership.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor.
