About the Role

This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer service, appointment setting, dispatch, or inside sales. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to job completion.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
• Help customers understand services, pricing, availability, and next steps
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service visits
• Follow up with leads, pending quotes, missed calls, and existing customers
• Support light sales conversations, including upsells and bookings
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/scheduling system
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep jobs, routes, and updates organized
• Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups by phone, email, or SMS
• Ensure customers receive a responsive, professional experience

Qualifications

• Advanced spoken English
• Prior experience in customer service, phone support, appointment setting, inside sales, dispatch, or service coordination
• Comfortable speaking with US customers by phone
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once
• Comfortable using CRMs, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, or similar systems
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work with limited supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience in US home services (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pest control, property management, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Jobber, Housecall Pro, Service Titan, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gorgias
• Experience providing quotes, explaining pricing, or booking appointments
• Prior remote experience supporting a US-based company
