About the Role

TalentCross is seeking an AI Content Writer and Editor to manage a high volume of content across multiple client projects. You'll use internal AI systems to generate drafts, then refine and edit them to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client goals. This role blends editorial judgment with project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage content assignments across multiple clients, tracking briefs, deadlines, and revisions.
• Provide clear instructions to AI systems, refine outputs, and edit drafts.
• Produce and edit website content (blogs, service pages, landing pages).
• Edit for grammar, clarity, structure, and tone.
• Adapt content to each client's brand voice and goals.
• Verify factual claims and sources, flag missing information.
• Apply SEO fundamentals (search intent, keywords, headings, internal linking).
• Coordinate feedback, maintain organized versions, and complete final quality review.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional content writing or editing experience.
• Strong English writing and editing skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content production.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to research and adapt content across industries.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles.

Preferred Experience

• Supporting US clients and managing content workflows.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Portfolio showcasing writing/editing across brands, including AI-assisted work.
