We're looking for an experienced Photo Retoucher to take product photos from RAW to WOW for product web pages and packaging.

About the role
This is a part-time position (10–20 hours per week). You'll collaborate with photo editors, photographers, and designers to ensure every image tells a story and delights customers. You'll prepare photos for packaging, digital use, and ads, ensuring flawless color calibration and vibrant, consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Retouch and enhance product photos for packaging and digital use
- Ensure accurate color calibration across CMYK and RGB environments
- Maintain brand identity through consistent color grading and styling
- Adapt images for different print methods and materials
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality assets quickly
Requirements
- Expertise in color correction, retouching, composition, and visual adjustments
- Strong grasp of color theory and print processes
- Ability to refine colors for accurate print output
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills; knowledge of Illustrator
- Ability to use AI tools to increase editing speed
- Detail-oriented, fast turnaround, and consistent high production standards
